Hi! I just finished the 1U toolbox, Please explain to me (but like to a 5 years old) how to use the jumper on the back, I'm not shure if i understand it right.
Hi Peter,Congratulations on your finished 1U toolbox - a good choice! 😉The jumper is like a tiny switch that connects one of two choices to the circuit inside your module. If you put the jumper on the "UNI" side, the module works in unipolar mode, where the multiple attenuator knob only controls the signal going from zero to positive voltages (e.g. 0V to +5V). But if you put the jumper on the "BIP" side, it switches to bipolar mode, where the same knob controls the signal going from negative to positive voltages (e.g. -5V to +5V). It's just a little selector switch hidden on the back of the module.I wish you a good start to the new week!Cheers,Stefan
