Give II obsolete transistor

in Ask for Help!

Hi there, can anyone please let me know if this transistor on Mouser - 771-BF513215 - is a suitable replacement for the now obsolete 512-MMBFJ309 in the Give II BOM? My understanding is that it is used to reset the sawtooth core ramp but I don't know enough about the spec to be sure. Many thanks, Will

Hey Will, You can use this one: 863-MMBFJ309LT1G

Also added it to the BOM.
